Atty. Beyhan Burçin Uslu, as the founding lawyer of Uslu Law Firm, provides comprehensive legal consultancy and effective litigation services to domestic and corporate clients across a wide range of fields, particularly in corporate law, commercial law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, real estate law, labor law, construction law, tax law, criminal law, family law, inheritance law, obligations law, contract law, consumer law, and administrative law.
Throughout her professional career, she has provided legal consultancy to numerous pioneering companies operating in construction, real estate, food, automotive, manufacturing, and various other commercial sectors. She has carried out significant work in areas such as legally securing companies' commercial activities, managing contract processes, strategically following up on litigation and enforcement files, and minimizing corporate risks.
She has managed the drafting, review, negotiation, and legal auditing processes of all kinds of contracts regarding construction agreements, procurement contracts, lease agreements, commercial business relationships, and corporate restructuring. In addition, she has taken an active role in the legal follow-up of tender processes, the finalization of litigation and enforcement files, the resolution of internal company disputes, and risk management processes, offering sustainable and strategic legal solutions to her clients.

Within the scope of her work, which has been particularly focused on construction law and real estate law in recent years, she has established a strong area of expertise in project development processes, construction contracts in return for land share, real estate disputes, eviction and rent lawsuits, title deed lawsuits, investment processes, and real estate development projects. In addition, she provides professional support to her clients in the fields of family law, inheritance law, and criminal law with the principles of sensitivity, confidentiality, and strong representation.
She provides effective support to her clients not only in resolving existing disputes but also in preventing potential future legal risks with a preventive law approach. With her strong negotiation skills, result-oriented approach, and detail-oriented working principle, she continues her work with a lawyer profile that not only follows legal processes but also manages them and generates strategic value on behalf of her clients.
Having graduated from Istanbul Commerce University Faculty of Law, Atty. Beyhan Burçin Uslu has further strengthened her expertise, particularly in construction law, real estate law, and commercial contracts, through the academic education she received in Contract Law and Construction Management at Istanbul Medipol University.
Today, under the umbrella of Uslu Law Firm, she continues to provide high-standard legal representation, effective case management, and sustainable consultancy services to her individual and corporate clients.
